One obvious problem with group call is that not everyone in your Call-Group can answer the call every time. And, because JunctionVox group call uses your registered telephone number as the default caller-id (there is an option to use the Call-Group phone number as the displayed caller-id instead), your group members who missed to answer the group call, would not be able to join the call by calling the caller-id number.
The missed party can call the Call-Group phone number within five minutes or before the call ends if the call does not last five minutes, to join the group call. However, it's impractical for the group members to know the Call-Group phone number when they only see your registered phone number as the caller-id.
Hence, JunctionVox group call offers an option to send the call back instruction via text to those who missed the call. It costs five cents per text, but it may be well worth it if 100% participation is important. To turn on the option, choose the highlighted option from the Call-Groups setup page. That's it. Simple!

JunctionVox is a prepaid service. Most other business offering a prepaid service would cut off the service if the prepaid balance falls below zero. At JunctionVox, we understand how important your calls are and also how busy you are. We will never drop your group call or conference call even if your balance falls below zero in the middle of your call. As long as you had some balance, as little as five cents, at the start of the group call or conference call, we will let your call continue - even if the call lasts hours.
We put your business before ours.

Is one or more of your team members on a leave or vacation? You can temporarily suspend individuals in your Call-Group from being called by simply using the No Call feature on the Call-Group management page. All you need to do is to click the Call/No Call toggle button next to each phone number. That's it. It's that simple. |

Small businesses are constantly on the
look out for ways to streamline processes and contain budgets while
still enjoying all the benefits of new technology. Many independent
business owners rely solely on their cell phones as their main
business line, and many more handle their work while in transit, on
the go and on the fly. JunctionVox is designed to dovetail into
businesses, making it possible to make Group Calls, or set up a
standard conference calls without a lot of fuss.
Using your cell phone you could make
one call that reaches out to a group of people, have a quick meeting,
then move on with the rest of your daily agenda.
Now, this may seem like a new concept,
because most of us think of conference calls as a something that
needs to be set up in advance with emails and code numbers. This is
the way it has always worked, and that's what people are used to.
JunctionVox has created a better alternative for business owners and
managers who just need to connect with multiple people on the fly.
JunctionVox Group Call is the perfect
solution. It's easy, inexpensive and, best of all, no recurring
monthly fees. You only pay for what you use.

The great mystery of the work place -- how to use the conference call feature on your company's phone
system. Some figure it out, some never do. Why is it so
complicated?
It's much easier to just use your
JunctionVox account. Enter the phone numbers of the people with
whom you want to confer into one of your Call Groups, then dial the
main number. JunctionVox will connect you all together.
It works the same way if you want to
make a three way call, or a four way call, or a 15 way call. It's
pretty much that easy.
JunctionVox handles it for you. There
is no hardware to buy, no application to install, no weird hidden
charges. You don't even have to schedule calls. You just sign up
and start using it. |

JunctionVox gives you three call
groups, which allow you create lists of people with whom you
routinely connect. Setting up the groups is easy, and you can always
edit the lists and make changes on the fly.
You may name each of your calling
groups whatever you wish. For example, you could have a group called
“Morning Roll Call” and another called “Wednesday Status.”
Or you may distinguish groups by location like “Seattle Office”
and “Southeast District.” Each list has its own designated phone
number. You just call the number and JunctionVox connects you to
everyone on the list.
Say, for example, you have a staff
working at different locations, and something big comes up that
changes the agenda for the day. You just call the group number,
JunctionVox connects you with everyone in that group, everyone is on the call at the same time, you deliver the message, get some quick
feedback, then end the call. And all of this was done without
endless emails back and forth trying to decide on a time for a
conference call.

One great use for the group call is for roll calling or checking attendance of your staff. If you are a business owner with multiple stores around the town, checking whether your store workers are all present can become a challenging task. You can call one store at a time, but by the time you call the last store, you may have spent more than 10-20 minutes. However, if you use group call, you can call all the stores at the same time and make sure that everyone is accounted for. And, at the same time, you can have your daily staff meetings. Sign up at JunctionVox to try group calls. |
