Call Groups set up

JunctionVox gives you three call groups, which allow you create lists of people with whom you routinely connect. Setting up the groups is easy, and you can always edit the lists and make changes on the fly.

You may name each of your calling groups whatever you wish. For example, you could have a group called “Morning Roll Call” and another called “Wednesday Status.” Or you may distinguish groups by location like “Seattle Office” and “Southeast District.” Each list has its own designated phone number. You just call the number and JunctionVox connects you to everyone on the list.

Say, for example, you have a staff working at different locations, and something big comes up that changes the agenda for the day. You just call the group number, JunctionVox connects you with everyone in that group, everyone is on the call at the same time, you deliver the message, get some quick feedback, then end the call.  And all of this was done without endless emails back and forth trying to decide on a time for a conference call.
